Do you Twitter?

As many of you who do surveys know, a lot of the studies can fill up quickly. I think one way to help get the studies out quickly, so people don't miss out, would be through Twitter. I have an account, haven't been really active, but I think it might be a good idea, for those of you who already use it, or may want to get the head's up about studies quicker.
