Get Paid to Write Rants for Us !

"Getting Paid To Complain!"

On January 15^th a site opened that allowed people to get paid by ranting. They pay $5.00 for each rant that is accepted. The rant can be any length and is meant to have fun. Where else would you be able to get rid of the monkey on your back and get some cash for it? Here I have listed some pointers (Do’s and Don’ts). I have written a few and have had one entry accepted.

Do’s:

• Submit rants on topics that include current events, politics, work, school, people, local businesses and unfair practices, consumer products, and daily life.
• Submit new and unique content as often as you like. There is no limit to how many rants you can send in and get paid for.
• Submit satirical rants. We love humor and we’ll pay you for it too.
• Include supplementary links, multimedia, quotes, and sources if possible. These will greatly enhance the quality of your submission and the likelihood that we will accept it.

Don’ts:

• DO NOT submit plagiarized material. We check all submissions for plagiarized content. If we find that you are submitting plagiarized content, we may filter out submissions made with your email address.
• DO NOT submit false material. In rare cases we may withhold using your rant if we need to verify it (i.e. in the case of a rant about a deceptive business practice). We may also request more information from you before posting your rant and paying you.

They do pay anywhere from $5.00 to $10.00 per rant accepted. Here are a list of topics:

News & Current Events, Politics, Science & Technology, Funny/Bizarre, Workplace, School, Daily Life.

I Won, I Won!!!!

As I'm sure I mentioned before, somewhere, I don't generally do the "drawing" type surveys, where you are entered for a chance to win something, unless I'm bored, or I have won from the company before. Every now and then, however, I'll do one... and fortunately, I did one for Discovery-Kitchen, and found out I won a hundred bucks... and, boy, do I need it right now! lol

I haven't been online today, 'cause I'm just feeling terrible... went to the eye doc yesterday, got my eyes dialated, the whole bit, and then had to immediately go to the dentist, where they pulled a tooth, and gave me Ibuprofen for the pain... what jerks! lol So, I've been in bed most of the day, feeling terrible, but am trying to get myself around, as I've got plans this weekend, that I really don't want to cancel.

Anyway, my email sure cheered me up, and I hope it gives you all some inspiration too... real people DO win these things! Yea!!!
